- Basic foundations/stances for improving balance.
- Introductory agility drill movements to enhance sensory motor skill specificity.
- Beginner blocking and defensive techniques with hands/arms from the Wu Shu section of our studies, including the palm heel, high block, and circular defensive movements, including shielding and deflection.
- Hand/eye coordination development utilizing foam blocks to position, hold, and catch while holding basic ready stance (standing with knees bent in a pronounced manner and feet shoulder width apart).
